i just got the cd set on Friday, and it's some way cool stuff! I had
met Jordan back in the mid 90's after I worked on the Raspberries book
with Ken Sharp, and had always thretened him that I wanted to design an
issue of "Yellow Pills' which I finally did, and I believe it was the
last issue with the Records on the cover.......great timing Jim!!!!!!!
I finally met him in person at the old Poptopia show in LA in early
1997, and he was nothing but a gentleman! I had the unforunate bad luck
of having my father die whilst i was out there, and his kind sentiments
were much valued by me!!!
Anyway, the cd is awesome, and tho I do have much of it on vinyl (and i
bet ya Brue Brodeen does too, not to mention David B and John B) the
mastering is excellent and the run order is great as well........boffo
packaging too with cool pics too!
my two cents!
Jim

"The main thing is I think power pop is a valid art form. I don't think
it's just disposable stuff. The best power pop is great art."
