A little late to be jumping into a thread initiated by Miguel (I think...)
but I wanted to mention that my interest in The Sonics was piqued by a
version of Psycho that was on the Mojo 'Instant Garage' compilation. I
ended up buying a vinyl reissue of "Introducing The Sonics" on Beat
Rocket/Sundazed. While it is a great album, I thought the version of Psycho
on that album paled in comparison to the version on the Mojo comp. ...
Never too late Mark when the information is as good as the one your
provided... Thanks greatly for sharing and I will definitely look into those
other bands you mentioned...
