Wow! A good buddy turned me on this week to The Sonics (Best of 2 CD's) and I gotta say that I can't believe that this 60's band flew under my radar and I hadn't known about them prior...

...Pure 60's garage band heaven... Takes me back to catching many local bands rehearsing and playing gigs... pure, unpretentious and LOUD!... 

Anyone out there want to throw in anything about The Sonics?
