Found this one on a tape from my college dj days, so 1986-1988.

Chorus is:

I could learn all about you
I could learn all about you
I could learn all about you
if you'd just let me in
 
Great jangle pop.  Sounds like O Positive or the Connells, but it's not.
 
Singer sounds a little British.

Any clue?
