Two or three years ago I attended a Psychoanalytic conference on the
psychology of mid-life to end of life "issues". Strangely enough, Ramis was
the keynote speaker!   He spoke with great ease.  He was both thoughtful and
yes, he was very funny. 

Me:
Maybe he was invited because he wrote and directed "Analyze This" and 
"Analyze That."  I was riding in an elevator with him a couple years back -- 
just the two of us -- and I said, "I loved 'Groundhog Day.'" Another brush 
with greatness.

And of course, he co-wrote "Animal House"! It doesn't get any better than 
that!
