heh i'm trying to imagine pat doing roofing. but that SUCKS. i hope he
is ok.. i ordered the movie he just made on dvd, and havent received
it, or any word back from them in some time.. wonder why. i was
psyched. anyway.
as i mentioned, reens are my all-time faves.. so needless to say, when
i saw pat @ tobacco road in miami, i was extra-psyched. i got there
early, got to talk to pat and hang out.. a few others and i helped him
make his setlist for the night. very cool. i begged him to play "alone
at midnight", my also aforementioned favorite song of all time - from
esp. for you. a must hear, of course..
but uh.. the show was live, on web radio, and pat played my favorite
song, after dedicating it to me. wow.
i was weeping like a baby. haha. one of the best moments of my life.
how often does something like that happen? thankfully there are still
some real, decent, nice people out there like pat.
