In a word - transcendental!
Here's the set list:
Two Places At Once
Kierkegaard
Skin
If And When
The Plainest Thing
Politician
Something Came Over Me
I Want To Break Your Heart
Ride
Venus De Milo
Born
Shapes Of Things
Compared To What
14 Shades Of Green
And several encores ending up with White Room. I was a tiny bit bummed
because I'd learned The Summer Sun but it didn't make the set list.
I didn't play on everything but I got almost all of the chords right on the
ones I did. I even got to solo on several songs which was silly cos Chris is
so good. Easily the highlight of the very new year for me. And the beer
(Pilsner Urquell) on tap was free for the band.
Bobby
PS - I talked to Chris a bit about the dBs reunion disc. It's still very
much a work in progress and they haven't started looking for a label yet.
