Heck, I'm still regularly buying vinyl! There are plenty of things
that either never made it to digital at all or are well out of print
in ANY format. I just got the Buzz of Delight EP (Matthew Sweet and
David Pierce, post Oh-OK) over at In Your Ear on Saturday night for
$1.99! (Complete with the vintage $3.99 sticker from Turtle's on the
virgin shrinkwrap!) This is the first copy of this record I've ever
actually seen, although I've known about it for years and have heard
one or two tracks on swaps. I had no idea it sounded quite so
thoroughly like vintage Three O'Clock!
Also got a lot of late '60s/early '70s Pet Clark LPs and a copy of the
first Spanky and Our Gang LP, along with Tommy Hoehn's LOSING YOU TO
SLEEP, all for a couple bucks.
