For the flip side to the question:
Off the top of my head, I know I have retained vinyl and CD releases of The
Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Elvis Costello.
Heck... for EC's This Years Model, I have retained 3 CD reissues (Demon,
Ryko and Rhino) and the US and UK vinyl releases. And we all know that I
don't really need 5 releases of the same album!
I with you on the Go-Go's...I never did update to the CD versions, but I
also bought Return to the Valley Of The Go-Go, since it was more of an
anthology and contained a lot of unreleased stuff.
