Got a nice e-mail from Rykodisc today - all 4 orginal Starz albums will be
reissued. "All 4 of their original studio albums are remastered with
expanded liner notes, new artwork, rare photos and bonus tracks!"
“Starz were like a cross between Aerosmith and KISS. They had all the
makings of the biggest band in the world, and they never made it. They were
Mötley Crüe before Mötley Crüe.” - Nikki Sixx. (note: hate him or not, the
guy is a Power Pop fan, even mentioning the term in a guitar world magazine
interview and getting Cheap Trick to open for them)
