That was #17 on my 2004 top 20.  I agree with the Raveonettes comparison; I 
also hear a bit of the Primitives and the Jesus and Mary Chain.  Very 
catchy stuff.  It's the guy from Club 8 doing something with a little more 
buzz.  Definitely recommended!
