 Thoughts?

Silver Laughter was a Beatlesque styled band based out of Davenport, Iowa
(also known as the Quad Cities e.g. Moline, Rock Island, and Bettendorf) in
the mid-to-late 1970s, releasing two albums and a slew of singles, one of
which ("Don't Feel Bad") was once a Billboard pick hit of the week.

After Silver Laughter split, the singer formed Cold Stare, a band that
crossed the sound of early U2 with Cheap Trick. They cut an EP, an
unreleased album (produced by Frank Weiwal of the Hawks), and several demo
tapes before they broke up.

The singer continued playing bars around the Quad Cities area with a cover
band called Hi-Fi, who released an album on cassette during the 1980s which
included a remake of a great power pop tune from Cold Stare ("Key To My
Heart") and several other strong pop rock originals.

Last year, I attempted to put the singer (who owns all the master tapes)
together with Bruce Brodeen/Not Lame but the singer thus far hasn't acted on
it.
