Just got this:

It's "Silver Laughter."
He's almost 40. Please forgive his lapse.
A friend asked me to see if "anyone has heard the 1978 album by Frozen Laughter, entitled SAILING ON
FANTASIES. It's a private press LP from Iowa, and excellent power pop with the feel of having been recorded a few years
before the release date."
