Clapton didn't appear on any of The Yardbirds hits,
period. He left the band because of the commercial
direction they were taking, little knowing that he'd
make the LITTLE GAMES-era 'birds sound like Tortoise
compared to pap that he has spewed for much of the
past 20-25 years...
