...The fact that the McCartney topic not only has survived various days without letting up and not only that but has branched out into different directions is proof positive that, like his music or lump it, he is still a musical force to contend with... hard pressed (to play) to find other artists that can elicit this type of non-stop commentary even if we flog a few dead horses in the process... The enduring power of The Beatles, collective and individual, will create discussions for centuries to the contentment or dismay of many...
