I used Mp3 bookhelper for quite awhile, I would dump all the tags to comma
delimited file then edit the file and use the program to re-apply all the
tags. Excel will open a csv and display as a spreadsheet.

PS: There are more options is you google "export tags csv", but I've used
Bookhelper and it worked fine.
