let me guess: Clear Channel.
am i right?
a little over month ago, they converted houston's KLOL 101-FM, which
had been RAWK for the past 34 years, to tejano hip-hop.
why? because Clear Channel already owns a cutting-edge rock station
and a classic rock station, here in houston. what they did NOT own
was a spanish-language station.
now... all of KLOL's listeners will have to go somewhere,
and "somewhere" will be another Clear Channel frequency.
so... how can they lose?
it's all about the benjamins...
