Just "discovered" Second Saturday's "Here's the Deal" CD and gotta say it's spinning non-stop in my player... Just love groups that are hard to describe... Where to start? Power pop delicious, catchy hooks, melodies and wonderful guitars... then again it's bubblegum-power-pop-meets-the-Beach-Boys-the-Archies-Queen-The-Who (with an intelligent healthy dash of synths here and there) and perhaps none of these at all... all I can say is that it is spectacularly well put together... Just happy I caught up with this act before the year's end... Highly recommended (thanks Bruce @ NotLame!)
