The December 2004 Fufkin.com page is up. This month
we have the following record reviews:

Mike Bennett presents full length reviews of the new
Green Pajamas, Dogs Die In Hot Cars, Thirdimension,
Chris Stamey with Yo La Tengo and the official issue
of a live 1979 Wire concert. Mike also has capsule
reviews of the new Crippled Pilgrims reissue, The
Saving Graces, The Bobbleheads, Lazy Susan, Eric
Ziegenhagen, Rookie Card, The Original Mark Edwards,
The Zinedines, Vocoder, Outrageous Cherry and the
Jobriath compilation.

Gary Glauber reviews the latest from Dogs Die In Hot
Cars, Adam Marsland, Eytan Mirsky and The Walnut Dash.

Kurt Sampsel reviews a reissue from Morgen, while
Shona Winfrey reviews new releases from Elliot Smith,
Soulwax, Fatboy Slim, The Charlatans and The Undoing.

Finally, Michael Allen Potter saw Courtney Love and
lived to tell about it.

It’s that holiday time of year again, and Michael
Lynch contributes another fine piece on Christmas
music.

To double your pleasure, Gary Pig Gold also has some
Christmas music tips.

If you’re looking for a cool coffee table book, Art of
Modern Rock chronicles some of the great poster art of
artists like Frank Kozik. James Baumann gives you his
take on this book.

Mike Bennett listens to more than the releases he
reviews each month. In his latest column, he
discusses some of the other music that he’s been
listening to lately (including Laibach, Webb Pierce,
Tom Waits and Terry Reid).

Alan Haber has a lot to say about the state of radio,
it isn’t just “invisible airwaves crackle with life.”
This is the third installment of his series on radio.

Eric Sorensen’s Observations of a Jangly Music Fan is
another treasure trove, with Eric opining on music
from The Melroys, The Thanes, Jars of Clay, Seven
Color Sky and more.

Kevin Matthews doesn’t just call his column So Much
Music, So Little Time. He lives it. Kevin wrapped
his ears around the new Paul Weller, Tim Lee, Cheese,
Pleasant Grove, Lolas, Lauren Agnelli, Gomez,
Demolition Doll Rods and, of course, more.

We hope you all come and visit us and have a wonderful
holiday season. Please come back and visit us in the
new year.
