The big "smoked" lenses, silk scarf, and beret he wore on the cover of his big hit album should have been a dead giveaway!

This Dave Walker stuff is interesting. Really. I knew nothing about that guy. I've never heard Penguin, only thought of it as one of the all-time cutout bin albums.
