As long as music fans of the last 50 years step through the doors at the R &
R HofF it WILL reflect badly on the music biz as somehow being a valid
representation. Those of us who've lived through it will know better, but
when parents are taking their kids there for the first time what they see
will become the gold standard. Unless they've got a savvy tour guide in
their parents pointing out the disparaging absence of acts like The Hollies
or The Ventures. Unfortunately, museums have a way of encapsulating
overviews of history rather than the whole history itself. And these are
taken as a representation of an entire story....sadly.
