I wasn't going to get into the burner dialogue, but I will report that while I always eschewed Roxio's PC offering, I recently got a new computer with Windows XP, and bought EZ CD Creator 7, and am quite pleased with its performance.

Also, for people looking to copy discs, really the best way to do this is to extract the disc onto your hard drive first. Probably the state of the art for this is freeware called Exact Audio Copy, or EAC. Alas, I don't think the disc images it creates are recognized by Roxio (although they are by CDRWin or Fuerio.)
