U2's Bono and The Edge played the Beatles song "Rain," before Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (news - web sites) introduced her husband in remarks cut short by the weather. When it was finally his turn to speak, Clinton told the crowd, "Welcome to my rainy library dedication."
