Well, I've finally crawled out from under my rock to
share my IPO Liverpool experience.
I have to say this was by far the most memorable IPO I
have been to. Not only did I get to spend time in
Liverpool, a city rich in history and culture, but I
got to see an incredible amount of bands...86 of
them...that I would never have had the chance to see
in the United States. Of course, hosting IPO at the
Cavern Club just adds to the excitement of the event.
I played tourist and did everything from attending
museums about Liverpool life to taking the Beatles bus
tour. I even had fish and chips on my last day in
town!
Two bands that really stood out for me were Flare and
Bailey. I've been listening to both of their CDs
non-stop since returning.

I can't recommend IPO Liverpool highly enough.
Thank you David Bash for your dedication to music and
for International Pop Overthrow.
