I have seen this one once, but see ones for Chase and Citicorp more often.
It is just another form of phishing.  No actual organization will send an
e-mail to ask for such information.  All of those credit and on line
industries want people to make changes exclusively on their secure serves.

I just received an email that seems bogus.  It's from eBay:

TKO NOTICE: Pay your fees to eBay.com

It says I owe $ to them, which I don't, and asks you to click on a link
within 24 hours where they ask for your debit card.  It says you will be
suspended if you don't pay.  It looks real, but I reported it to eBay.
Anyone else get this email?  It's got to be a hoax.
