It looks real, but I reported it to eBay.

I get them ALL the time... Sometimes as many as half a dozen per week...
They look legit with a bogus Ebay Logo and all... They're called Spoofs...
If you get one forward it to:
www.spoof@ebay.com and they'll try to investigate it... You'll also get a
reassuring email from the Ebay Spoof dept. verifying that indeed it is a
spoof mail...
