I haven't bought the new Peachtree Road CD, but I plan to. However, I don't think Elton's 2001 release "Songs From The West Coast" has been mentioned and this release probably provided the impetus for the new album. While not perfect, "Songs From the West Coast" contained some great songs including The Emperor's New Clothes, American Triangle, Original Sin, I Want Love, Ballad Of The Boy In The Red Shoes, and This Train Don't Stop Here Anymore. If you love the classic Elton John of the seventies, you may want to give it a spin.
