Oops! I guess I put mouth in gear before engaging brain. What I said was
directed at Avril, not at the artists-who-dont-write. Heck, I'm one of the
biggest Monkees fans on the planet! My snipey little remark was directed at
Avril based on some half-read interviews where she came off as "I do it the
right way, everyone else is wrong."
Notice I said "half-read." I spoke without totally researching the subject,
and I apologize.
But Avril's attitude can be annoying sometimes...
