Just wanted to put a shout out regarding the new DVD release GETTING THE
KNACK. Co-produced by the talented Ken Sharp, the DVD tells the
always-interesting tale of the Knack, in particular their early years. The disc features
interviews with Knack-o-philes like Rick Springfield, Weird Al and the one-and-only
Sharona, Doug Fieger's major-league muse. The whole thing is highly
entertaining, even if you're not a big time Knack fan.
All the band members are interviewed as well, shedding some light on the
band's career. I don't think Sly Stone was involved. Great job, Ken!
