Hey Gang!
I made the most wonderful discovery and I wish that ALL OF YOU could hear
this.
"Yes It Is" by Rockin' Horse (Import cd on Rev-Ola)
This is the most glorious, old fashioned, Beatles/Badfinger/Honeybus/Teenage
Fan Club/Raspberries- esque cd that I have heard in AGES.
Every single song is a gem. I kid you not and the lead singer Jimmy Campbell
has the voice of an angel.
It was recorded in late 1970 I think and dissappeared with out a trace as
this kind of thing was most unfashionable at the time.
I'm sure that some of you music afficionados out there have heard of this
band/lp....but for those of you who haven't....CHECK THIS OUT.
I'm sure that the *amazing* Greg Shaw loved this band!
