So...the music vs. talent argument has been treaded over a million times,
but
yeah Bryan, you're right....Ahslee and the Shazam are pretty mutually
exclusive
in my opinion. Plus...who ever said the Shazam wanted to be big and famous
and on SNL anyway? Maybe they're perfectly happy where they are.
That's why a zillions indie forums (like Audities, college radio, fanzines,
etc..) exist...
to help people who want to find variety and more quality, etc. The big
record companies
have a proven track record for making big bucks off somebody like Ashlee
Simpson. So
who can blame them? You think they're going to make millions signing the
Shazam?
