With the aid of several people on this list (thanks everyone!) I was finally able to track down David and buy not only last year's CD, but the brand new one that he has as well. Let me say that all the effort in tracking him down was completely worth it. Both albums are excellent and fit in well with his other titles. He's got the McCartney/Rhodes thing down pat and has the ability to crank out hook after hook after hook.

The 2 that I just bought, in addition to all of his other releases can be purchased directly from David. His email is cut1ie@sbcglobal.net.

This ad was not endorsed by David Grahame (though I'm sure he wouldn't mind...)

Chris

P.S.- Doug Gillard from Cobre Verde/Guided By Voices has just released a solo album that is outstanding. It's not the CV/GBV-ish album I was expecting. It's certainly catchy, but it's more produced and mature than the other two bands. I hear more Divine Comedy than GBV.

Subject: New David Grahame review on buhdge

It seems strange *reviewing* a David Grahame album, having co-produced all of
his other albums, save for The Power Station Sessions, but review it I have
(and co-produced it I haven't): Grahame's new album, a triumph, is called
Eric, and you can read all about it at my pop culture hangout, buhdge.

Enjoy.
