Its for JC Penny - and it sounds like they used time compression to speed it
up. But I believe the Hollies own a piece of that recording and Graham
Gouldman
will be getting a nice share, if he didnt sign it all away back then.
Its not the first time a Hollies song been used in a commercial. A UK beer
company licenced "He Aint Heavy" around 1988 that led to EMI re-releasing the
song as a single. It hit #1 again and got the band a short lived contract with
UK Columbia records for a few singles.
