You know what's crazy? The Smithereens (yes, I'm obsessed) do/did a
GREAT cover of "Girl, Don't Tell Me" - Beach Boys fans that they are.
And everyone should hear Pat's solo disc for sure, too if you're into
the mellow, jazzy, slightly rocking - but also "All Revved Up" on the
Reens' latest studio disc God Save.. totally kickass Beach Boys type
stuff. Come to think of it, "The Age of Innocence" is mad Kinks, too.
And that's why I love 'em.

Just thought I'd throw my two cents.

And for the kicker, I was playing Carl and the Passions the other day,
"Here She Comes"/"Marcella" threw my girlfriend for a loop - she was
like, "THIS is the BEACH Boys?" ;) Heh.
