There are a few versions of the Beach Boys "SMiLE"
popping around the internet that have been edited by
fans into the proper running order...the one I am
listening to now is about 90% complete, mostly lacking
vocals in a couple of spots...and any sections that
were newly written by BW and VDP....it is very
interesting to compare it with the just released
version. It is also quite fun to listen to the "Heroes
and Villians [sections]" track from the BB's box set
and pick out which bit ended up where.
