You got that right. They're building their stores within 1/8 mile stretches
of freeway off-ramps so they can dominate traffic flow from all directions.
My parents just had one pop up down the street from them. Wal-Mart paid for
a $10 million rebuild of the bridge and off-ramp to HWY 401 so they could
run the spill-off lane into their parking lot!
