I've got the Nomad Zen you describe and love it. Easy to load and to
navigate, with the exception of some funky tags on mp3, which can be a
little tricky to track down. If your id tags are good on your mp3s, you'll
love this unit.

Not OT post but timely (for me at least) as I too have been torn between the
same exact units... reason why I've held off purchasing one of them... I'll
await feedback on your post which, in turn, will answer my questions also...
