Well, y'know...look at it this way...he could be out there touring
behind 'Gettin' In Over My Head'....:-) I'm just glad Darian and
Nick and the boys were able to talk him (or Melinda?) into 
Brian touring and focusing on 'SMiLE' for the last six months 
and the next few months...I feel like this: if you dig the 60's Beach
Boys with Carl (rest his soul) singin' 'SMiLE' tunes, there are a
bunch of boots out there...but we don't have Carl, we don't have
a time machine back to '66/'67, and this is as good as it gets in
'04...I feel blessed that Brian decided to give 'SMiLE' a shot...
I just hope people aren't so put off by the whole "it's not the
*real* 'SMiLE'" that they ignore the fact that it's Brian and the
Wondermintitos giving us the best possible version they can.....
