I ordered this newly remastered and expanded to 2 discs in a double 
gatefold digipak back in early June. Amazon.ca (finally) delivered it 
via Canada Post to my home today.  It ain't pop, but from what I've 
heard this evening, it has to be one of the best live rock albums ever 
released. And although it is a UK import, it only cost $22.99 (CAD).
