YES played locally at the Concord Pavillion last Friday night. I really 
wanted to see the show, but there was a family wedding Friday afternoon. 
I also wanted to see the opening act, Dream Theater, since I've gotten 
into Neal Morse's stuff and also Transatlantic---both featuring DT's 
drummer Mike Portnoy.

I've see YES a number of times over the years---and there have been 
stellar performances and a few that seemed to be called in. You're 
right, Drew, that YES is hardly an Audities' band, but there's a lot of 
pop in their prog. Many beautiful melodies, some nice harmonies and 
stellar musicianship.  

Maybe next time...
