After extoling the musical virtues of the 3 texmex brothers more than once
on audities I'll just throw in this extra recommendation... If there is any
doubt of the powerful and true talent of this group try to borrow, rent or
even better yet purchase their DVD release "Live from Austin, Texas" and
you'll be convinced that these guys deserve a place in the world of rock n'
roll...

When I saw the bass player stand behind his lead guitar playing brother and
grab the neck of the Strat to play the bass line while the other continued
playing lead... When I saw the bass player put his ax on the stage floor and
play his instrument as if he were playing a keyboard and FINALLY when I saw
the two brothers hold up their instruments vertically in one hand and
continue to play their lead and bass lines perfectly (trust me, I'm a
musician and I tried it and I could barely hold the bass vertically by the
neck let alone play a bass line on it) I, for one, was jaw-dropped watching
these guys put on an over-an-hour onslaught of pure talent... That's it and
'nuff said....

Cheers,

Miguel
