In addition to those already mentioned, there was a series of Beach Boys
tribute CDs called "Netsounds: A Fan Tribute To Brian Wilson & The Beach
Boys". I know there were at least two volumes of this. I have Volume 1,
which is a two disc set featuring tracks by audities members Michael
Carpenter (under his former band name, Stagefright), Jeff Glenn, and Marty
Rudnick. The quality of tracks on the comp varies, as its essentially made
up of tracks submitted by people on various Beach Boys internet news groups,
as the title would imply.
