Humm, I still love "Follow You, Follow Me" (those damn synths!), most of
"Duke", "Evidence of Winter" (a Duke outake - one of the bonus tracks on the
original "3 Sides Live") and "Keep it Dark" from Abacab.
And a group like The Shazam could tear the hell up on Asia's "Dont Cry" - this
is a great pop song hiding behind a wimpy production. My CD of Asia's "Alpha"
is one of the weakest sounding CD's I've ever bought. Its one of the first
all-digitally (DDD) recorded albums and it shows, theres no punch and little
bass. It's still my favorite Roger Dean cover though. I had a freind who had
the poster when I was in college in the early 80's.
Guilty Pleasure - "House On Pooh Corner" by the Nittty Gritty Dirt Band, and
"Dancing in The Moonlight" by King Harvest. I have some more obscurer faves if
anyones interested :)
