For the longest time, it was the Beatles' "I Am The Walrus," because, as a
young'un, I just found it so spooky, mysteriously, and undeniably catchy.
But, in recent years (i.e. since my wife and I first started dating), it has
become and will very likely eternally remain "There Is A Light That Never
Goes Out," by the Smiths.  For years, it was a tie between the Beatles and
the Smiths, but, when my wife stood on the second floor of a double-decker
bus and serenaded me with the lines, "And if a double-decker bus / Crashes
into us / To die by your side / Is such a heavenly way to die," well,
obviously, the tie was officially broken...:-)
