word is that the long-awaited, much-anticipated
Raspberries reunion IS ON! Stay tuned…"
I remember this almost came off a few years ago
(1998?) I wonder what has changed that they are
considering it again. If it happens, my wish would be
that Scott McCarl be involved....maybe in a 5 man
version of the 'berries. He certainly the only berrie
who has put out a solid power pop Raspberries' solo
album in the past 25 years. "Play On" was great, and
his songs were the main draw of the Wally/Dave/Scott
"Raspberries" CD (though Dave's "Pop Teasers" was
mighty fine as well)....the big question can Eric
Carmen still rock?....his last album gave no hint that
he can still pull off anything but a piano ballad.
