Since you mentioned Eugene and his tour...
I thought I'd take this opportunity to let you nice folks know that Eugene,
Cliff, and Willie Wisely will be appearing together in an amazing triple
Boston Pop Underground bill on Thursday, October 14th, at the Lizard Lounge in
Cambridge. It should be a truly blissful evening of great music, and anyone
within driving distance (or even slightly outside of driving distance!) is
encouraged to come on down. 9pm 21+ $7. Also of note: Willie Wisely is doing
voter registration at the show, as part of his "Vote Wisely" campaign. Come
sign up and rock out!
Also, let me send heartfelt thanks again to everyone who forwarded UK venue
info -- the lovely Ms. Borg and I (and Eugene of course) deeply appreciate it.
(And a P.S. - the following evening, Thursday Oct 15th, I'll present a special
BONUS Boston Pop Underground show featuring the incredible buzz band
"SNMNMNM." Tuba, accordion and trumpet pop. Must be seen to be believed. So
come for Eugene Cliff and Willie, and come back for SNMNMNM. Make a weekend of
it!)
