sounds like it'll be a blast. Vicki's married to a Cowsill, I think; is it
Billy? I'd love to see the rest of the Continental Drifters show up; that
front line of Vicki, Susan Cowsill, and Peter Holsapple was something to
behold.

Just a heads up for SoCal fans of the Cowsills: the family and at least
Vicki and Susan from the Bangles will be performing at the El Rey on
September 13. It's to benefit Billy Cowsill, who has been laid low by a
series of health problems (osteoporosis, emphysema, total hip replacement,
ugh).
The organizers are dropping hints about unnamed special guests. There will
also be a post-show meet-and-greet with the performers and an auction.
