~~~my friend, jason, who is originally from dallas
can't stop talking about the stuff.  he went home for
the 4th of july, and had some incredible chicken-fried
steak.
i love steak. very much. but i don't want it fried. i
want my steak med-rare, and my chicken fried
(sometimes).  i don't want my med-rare steak chicken
fried.
i promised him that i'd try it once.  but the whole
thing just is a big scary idea to me.
jocelyn
