were just as fine a musical unit
as the Ramone brothers, Clash,
or any of those other mock-Anarchists
a-spittin' and a-singin' up a storm at the time.
Sure, the Pistols turned into an irregular ol' circus act
once Sid lumbered on board,
but check out those circa-76 live recordings of the band:
In a word,
they RAWKED.
