You know, maybe I shouldn't chime in here because I don't own all of
Sloan's CDs.
I picked up One Chord to Another years ago---and while I liked it enough
at the time, I found it to be so loose and rough that I had a hard time
warming up to it. So I didn't get another Sloan outing until my daughter
gave me "Pretty Together" a couple of years ago. Now that one I love!
Great mix of songs, not a dog in the bunch and it's one I play
regularly. So as a result of really getting into PT, I then picked up
Navy Blues and Under the Bridges. And while I like 'em both, it's still
PT that is my favorite.
And that's a bit odd since I usually have a hard time getting into gift
CDs (anyone else have this dilemma?) I like to find my own way around
the music world, but this gift was a real winner.
My rankings would go like this:
1) Pretty Together
2) Navy Blues
3) One Chord to Another
4) Under the Bridges
?) Action Pact (it's on the 'buy' list)
